Courier Orders

Orders will be sent when payment has been made in full and cleared. All RD addresses incur a $6.50 extra courier charge. Standard courier cost will be adjusted for small size orders (e.g., 1 belt), we will email you final courier cost. Standard courier is 2-4 working days and 2-3 extra for rural addresses. Orders received after 1pm may not get in to the courier on the same day and will be sent on the following working day.

Whilst we try to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, there are sometimes delays in deliveries by the couriers. Staff shortages seem to be the main problem for them. Bad weather and extra holiday packages also contribute to the problem. We apologise for the inconvenience if your package takes longer than normal. Please contact us if it is not delivered within 3-4 working days.

Please ensure you put your Flat/Unit number and suburb in your delivery details for courier.

We have overnight courier bags for smaller orders - A3 being the largest For pricing, please contact us.
